Given:
Power supply for LED lights, where the client made all necessary estimations for transformer on his own. After analysing the technical requirements thoroughly, our engineers recommended to make a few changes into it, but unfortunately our recommendations weren`t taken into account. Client’s wish is a priority for us, so we made the prototypes according to the customer’s estimations. They passed all the tests and technical inspections. We made a batch.

What happened next?
The batch of power supply units with that transformer worked for about six months for the end user… and gradually broke down, one by one. Then the client decided to reorder a batch, but this time – applying all our recommendations. We went all the way for the second time: manufacturing the prototypes, remaking the printed circuit board, correcting the constructions and running the final tests.

As a result?
More than 50 000 devices were made, that have been working trouble-free — and sometimes around-the-clock — for more than 3 years. No lamp has been returned because of the transformer bugs.

Given:
Lamps for greenhouses. For these lamps the customer bought cheap power supplies without EMI components. During the commissioning all the lamps were switched on at the same time…  and suddenly television and telephony were gone within a kilometer in every direction.

What happened next?
The manufacturer offered to buy new sources of supply or additional filters to choose from. But it will be a long time before the batch is made and delivered by sea from China…  The client was searching for a quicker and more convenient option, and finally found us!

As a result?
We estimated and manufactured the proper filter for the customer and gave recommendations about the usage. Voila — the certification was passed. There weren’t any problems with television around the site and inspectors of electric or radio frequency supervision since then.

Given:
The leading manufacturer of smart systems in Ukraine. Working with them is a great pleasure due to their experience in developing and making power supplies.

What happened next?
Their very first gadget caused a great sensation and gained world recognition. The company received the highest award in the category “product of the year” in the British PSI Premier Awards 2020. This device was spread around the world with more than 1 000 000 units.

As a result?

We have been working together fruitfully for several years and are going to continue our synergy in the future. Even in the client’s official documentary our transformer was named after our engineer.

Given:
Specialized battery charger developing. We received the task from a chemist client, who has deep understanding of the accumulators` work,  — that significantly speeded up our work! Customer’s task was to create the optimal charging algorithm from the chemist point of view, our task was to help with supply source developing.

 What happened next?

The first prototypes failed — they exploded. We found a problem — the client had bought the samples of semiconductor chip somewhere at the Asian market… they were fake, unfortunately. We ordered an original batch and soon manufactured the first prototypes.

As a result?

Today these battery chargers are working not only in Ukraine, but also in Mexico and Australia. The nomenclature and modification are growing, the algorithm quality is getting even better… Everyday the product is being improved, and we together with our client are getting more satisfied by our work 🙂
